It is a struggle to design a way to build upon the woodcut-on-cloth image in Cathie's piece -- the texture question, a conundrum; the meshing of additional fabric to a base image (with seams, fusing, both?), a conundrum; the placement of additional fabric vis. how much and which base image should be left uncovered, a conundrum.

Most likely, figuring out what I just described, a conundrum for the reader...
