Here is Savannah, in fabric, her features quilted, and in glass. I am happy to report that I successfully drilled the holes in the glass so I can attach her to the completed textile piece.
I am awaiting the delivery of a ten foot roll of inkjet-printable fabric, 13" wide. I have created a montage which I want to print on a length of fabric. If the printing is successful, I can get to the next step in my design.
It seems that at each stage, this piece is fraught with peril -- perhaps all art work is.
