eye movement

As an element of design, rhythm refers to how the eye moves around a picture. A connected flowing rhythm can come from circular forms; a jagged or diagonal element can create a more dynamic sense of movement.

In this photo of a clivia, my eye is first drawn to the diagonal of the leaf (which also caught the sunlight); my eye then moves up to the circular flowers. How 'bout you?
