glass in the sky redux

Here are the results of the second pass at making glass clouds/sky for Cathie's piece (see May 30 entry for the whole woodcut printed image).

The jury is still out (and I am home on a lunch break from jury duty today!). These do seem better than those from round one. The reverse sides have "cut" marks similar to those in the woodcut image. I'll have to play a little and have some ideas for further test pieces in glass, using a wholly different method...back to court!
