fun with vectors

Guesses as to what yesterday's image might have been: woman with long hair, spoon in a ladle...what I saw:  rear view of a Japanese woman, left shoulder lower than the right, long hair that had yet to be fashioned, obi design on her back.

Next assignment:   from the sketch of a common object..

...capture one or more shapes...repeat them...make a logo with your initials (top photo)...

What these exercises do: train the eye to look at shapes rather than the whole object, train the eye to manipulate objects in space, develop more competence in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop!
