x + y = SAQA auction piece

The annual fundraiser for SAQA (Studio Art Quilt Associates) is approaching, so I am working on my one-foot-square piece to donate. I want to use some of my kimono fabrics and my kimono-woman image from my Ono Festival piece. I have again printed her on organza.

Yesterday I digitally extracted the tree branches from one of my Disney Concert Hall photographs

and made a thermofax screen from the image. Now I get to play.
