art in movement -- grass

I love the quiet playfulness of the many waves of green in our new grass, a drought tolerant fescue that never needs mowing.  Even better, the stepping stones were designed by a UCLA Bruin (rah).


Here's the nascent planting, together with a dead Mexican sage in the pot on the right (shame on me):



I got smart and replaced that poor soul with a succulent ---much better odds of survival.
