I entered my photograph of my homeless friend James' hand in the first annual Community Memorial Hospital competition and just learned this morning that it was accepted!
I'll go look for him to tell him -- he has told me that he is no longer in the park where I initially met him, but he is within a mile radius of a Ventura street. So far, I have looked for him to no avail, but I will step up my search.
