My story is that 25 years of playing hardcore soccer (age 39 to present), a contact sport if there ever was one, have resulted in a tear or two in the rotator cuff of my non-dominant (that would be my right) shoulder. [My advanced age doesn't help.] What I've learned is that even that distant part of the body is involved in the hand stitching that I am doing on my triptych. Darn.
So, I have been advised by those that gave me a most unwelcome cortisone shot and now have me in physical therapy that I must monitor my stitch time, lest I irritate my unhappy side.
The good news is that one of the triptych sections is virtually finished. That's all the good news for now.
