Fresh out of the kiln! I have decided I will ask my Seattle glassblowing compadres to make a vessel out of this, as it holds aquatic mysteries that I would like to see expanded just so. It feels like water to me, little creatures flowing about, but still, water. Here's a close up of one section that I can't wait to see stretched out an curved:
This piece was made with several smaller experimental compositions I played with earlier this week. I cut those up, such that I could with one arm in a sling [my stitches come out today, tra la], mindful of the credo that accidents in art can, at times, produce happy results.
