I have been stitching on a new textile, imagining how she might be translated into glass.

I also have been tackling the task of mounting my work, always a challenge...textiles: mount on gallery wrapped canvas (bought some museum archival tape for that, yes!), or ...; glass, well, that is a wide open field for pieces that will go on the wall.

Thickness of glass, its opacity, how far I want the glass to be from the wall behind it, all concerns. It is fascinating to explore the mounting options, and oh, so daunting...
