a well deserved honor

Paula Chung's art graces the cover of the upcoming issue of Quilting Arts magazine. She dyes her own silks and works from digital images of her own surroundings. Her art is compelling. To see a slide show, click here (and then click on "Paula Chung").

We are lucky enough to claim Paula as a member of our Digital to Textile group. She has won both national and international awards, and is as understated and boast-free as anyone could be.

Paula is currently working on a series based on x-rays and MRI films and will have a solo show opening on April 21 in the Lake Tahoe area.
