new girl in town

...just finished my newest endeavor, a piece for a Fibervison exhibit at the upcoming Pacific International Quilt Festival. Here's a picture of it full size (14" x 36"):

The stitching shows well in this piece. In the original image (printed on cotton sateen), my sketched lines were in a pale blue. In some instances, I stitched over those. In others, I wanted the blue to remain visible, so I stitched adjacent to those lines. I like the result.
