These open loose stitches are very attractive, a totally different feel to them--do you hoop? They're so graphic and spare!
Thank you, Arlee. No, I do not use a hoop. I stitch on top of a self-healing mat, with the needle striking the mat each time. Slow, but meditative!
Brilliant idea--i use pliers sometimes against plastic to get through :)
